I would like to Thank all the Moose Members who have welcomed me back to the kitchen. Also a special thank you to co-workers Janie and Candy for doing a great job in the kitchen. They have kept the Friday Fish Fry and Monday Night dinners up to the high standards that we expect. Janie deserves a special vote of confidence after a near perfect score (99%) from the Board of Health on the cleanliness of our kitchen. Candy, who has been sidelined by a knee injury, has been very valuable offering her experience and support.
To you, our Moose family, I promise to bring to you the finest quality of food and dinners for as long as I’m part of your kitchen. I will offer new dinners on Monday nights and new selections for you to choose from on Friday Night Fish Frys. If anyone has a suggestion for a new meal, please tell me and we’ll try to get it on the menu.
To all the kitchen volunteers and to all the selfless group of people who keep this lodge moving forward thank you and I wish you a wonderful holiday season.
